Our New App Is Out!
It’s been two months in the making, but good things take time: To celebrate our club’s six-month anniversary, we’ve now released our new English Book Club app (“EBC App” for short). It will help us organize our reads, monthly picks, and social activities. Here’s the gist.

We have a new little home for the club, built to make book-club life easier between meetings. It keeps the practical bits in one place, so we can spend less time hunting through messages and more time talking about books.
Some of the central new features that our new app has to offer:
- Check the Feed for anything that needs your attention
- Browse News for club updates and announcements
- Add, rate, and keep track of book recommendations
- Join discussions around reads, quotes, and club topics
- Save favorite quotes and share thoughts about them
- See upcoming events and RSVP
- Vote in Monthly Picks for what we read next
- Use it from your phone by adding the app to your home screen
Have a look around at http://app.englishbookclub.de. Try a few things, and tell us what feels useful or what still feels clunky. The app is meant to grow with the club, so your feedback is very welcome.
